The Cheap Chic Weddings Toilet Paper Wedding Dress Contest’s 9th Year was hosted by RK Bridal in New York in June 2013! The top three finalists were in attendance and their entries were highlighted on display and two models showcased top designs also.

Mimoza Haska of South Carolina was crowned the winner of the 2013 Contest. Susan Brennan of Michigan came in second place and Carol Touchstone of Florida came in third place.

Kate Pankoke, creator and owner of Elaya Vaughn Bridal and two time Project Runway contestant, served as Celebrity Judge. Susan and Laura of Cheap Chic Weddings served as judges as did Victoria Schooler of Charmin and a representative from RK Bridal.
