The 2009 Toilet Paper Wedding Dress Finale Judging and Announcement took place in Boca Raton Florida at the beautiful Boca Raton Bridal & Consultants. Judges included Laura, Susan and Roxie of Cheap Chic Weddings and Jack Jones of Boca Raton Bridal & Consultants.

This year brought dress entries that showed more detail and elegance. TP Dress creators were beginning to bring strong skills which stood up to couture gowns in a bridal shop! Take note of the first entry with a large bridal hat!
